Siberian Ginseng is traditionally used as a strengthening adaptogen tonic to enhance energy levels and build resilience. Siberian ginseng is also known to support cognitive function and physical stamina, as well as support immunity, during times of elevated stress.

 

THE SCIENCE

Eleutherococcus senticosus has protective effects on cortical neural tissue (protecting the brain), as well as an anti-fatigue effects on both physical and mental performance. 

 

Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
